I’m going crazy! We got a kitten several months ago for our daughter and she loves it but now she wants to be a cat! Not just for Halloween but she claims she is going to grow up and be a cat in real life. She loves the way the kitten runs and jumps all over stuff, which is quite funny, but I’m having a hard time explaining why she will not grow up to be a cat.
What we have decided to do is to dress up as a family like cats for Halloween. It has been a bit tough to get my husband to want to dress up like a cat but I have found a great place for adult cat costumes and we are going to go as a Lion Couple. I really wanted to go as the Sexy Cat but that might be for another year….. My daughter has found these costumes to be really funny as the kittten likes to snuggle up on them.
For my daughter, I found a site for Kids Cat Costumes and she is going to go as a Catrina Cat. She loves the cat face on the front of the costume and really like the pink cat ears that have come with it. It is a really cute black ballerina type costume that is black with pink accents. She is going to look very cute for Halloween. I really hope that I can keep the costume looking good between now and then as she keeps pulling it out to try it on. Funny, the kitten is scared of our daughter when she is wearing the costume, not much I can do about that but hope she doesn’t change her mind before Halloween!
